Teaching

I am completing a Certificate in University Teaching. Through this training, I have developed skills in instructional design, facilitation, and learner engagement. My teaching philosophy is grounded in participatory approaches that position learners as active contributors to knowledge creation.

Teaching Experience

Faire dialoguer les mondes sociaux : Objets frontières & inclusion pédagogique (Bridging social worlds: Boundary objects & pedagogical inclusion) see Slides
Micro-teaching session — November 20, 2025, University of Ottawa

A 20-minute micro-teaching session on boundary-object theory and its application to pedagogical inclusion, delivered as part of the Certificate in University Teaching. Learners moved through an active-learning sequence (BOPPPS model) as well as brainstorming individually and then synthesizing and sharing strategies in groups to co-construct inclusion strategies grounded in the concept of boundary objects.

— Maryse Sullivan, Instructor, Certificate in University Teaching

— Sylvie Grosjean, Professeure titulaire
